Every March, we get the chance to celebrate something we’re proud of year-round: the women of Ghilotti Construction. On March 20th, 2026, we hosted our annual Women in Construction Field Day at GCC headquarters — a morning of hands-on stations, real equipment, and a lot of well-earned smiles.
Participants got behind the controls of excavators, road rollers, vac trucks, and more — building skills and building connections with teammates across the company. These stations aren’t just fun — they reflect the complexity and craftsmanship at the heart of everything GCC does.
At GCC, we are proud of the talented women who contribute to our success every day. Their dedication, expertise, and leadership are an essential part of our team, and events like these highlight the value they bring to our industry.
