Trucker Requirements
Please note that all trucking companies will be required to complete and provide the following documents:
- AB-5 Declaration of Compliance: Effective 1/1/20, all trucking performed for GCC must comply with AB-5.
- Insurance per the Addendum A: Please refer to B Limits. Found under Resources.
- Motor Carrier Permit
- Business License or proof of exemption for municipality where your business is located
- DIR Registration Number
- If applicable, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Certification Number
- Your firm’s current rates
