We are excited to introduce you to the 2026 Ownership Culture Team.
Since establishing the Ownership Culture Team in 2023, our goal has remained the same: to help everyone at Ghilotti Construction Company, Inc. think and act like an owner. For 2026, The Ownership Culture Team and Events Committee are now two distinct groups — with the OCT serving in a support role for the Events Committee.
We are also pleased to introduce a new Ambassador designation within the OCT. The Ambassador was created specifically for our field employees, giving them greater flexibility to become more involved in the ESOP and to help educate fellow employee-owners in the field. We value the perspective our field team brings and want to ensure they feel supported while helping strengthen understanding of what employee ownership means for all of us
