Congrats on the Promotion Vince Bean

We are pleased to share that Vince Bean has been promoted to Superintendent of Field Operations at Ghilotti Construction Company. Vince’s path reflects years of hard work, steady growth, and a commitment to the construction industry and GCC.

A lifelong Santa Rosa resident, Vince graduated from Montgomery High School before stepping into the construction industry. In 1984, he began his career with Ghilotti Bros. as a laborer and heavy equipment operator. His early years were defined by long hours, a willingness to learn, and a strong reputation for reliability. In August 1992, Vince followed Dick and Brian to Ghilotti Construction Company, where he has been a cornerstone of our field operations for more than three decades.

Over the years, Vince has served as Foreman, Area Superintendent, and now Superintendent of Field Operations. He has worked on projects across the region, with standouts including Jameson Canyon and Burlingame. Burlingame was the largest in value and the most complex job Vince had worked on at the time. Jameson Canyon is one of the most technically challenging and complex projects he has completed. Overall, these projects challenged teams and showcased his ability to keep crews organized, efficient, and motivated. Vince’s new responsibilities include directing field personnel and ensuring effective crew placement across projects.

When asked about his proudest accomplishment, Vince reflected not on one single project, but on the journey itself. At every stage, whether operating equipment, running a crew, or leading a large division, he has embraced new challenges and taken pride in learning and excelling along the way.

Please join us in congratulating Vince on this well-earned promotion. His leadership, experience, and commitment to the success of both our projects and our people have been vital to Ghilotti Construction’s growth. We look forward to all that he will continue to accomplish in this next chapter of his career.
