Every year, Women in Construction Week gives us a chance to pause and celebrate the incredible women who show up for the Ghilotti family day in and day out — on the job site, in the office, and everywhere in between. This year, we were proud to mark the occasion (March 1–7) by recognizing the talented women across our team who bring skill, dedication, and heart to everything they do.
