A Life Defined by Growth

Growth wasn’t just a goal for James—it was his way of life. It carried him across an ocean from Italy to America, fueled the creation of a thriving company, and shaped his deep commitment to employees and community. That same drive guided him when it came time to prepare the next generation, and James poured the same heart and intention into that responsibility.
Raising Leaders, Not Successors

He didn’t raise successors; he raised leaders. His four sons—Willy, Dino, Mario, and Henry—earned their place by learning, working, and leading with purpose. From high school onward, they worked job sites before and after class, spent summers alongside their father, and learned through seminars and hands-on training. Hard hats and blueprints were part of daily life. Every moment was a lesson; every task was an opportunity to grow.
A Philosophy That Guided Their Lives

Beyond skills, James instilled a philosophy: “Earn respect by doing a job well and do good for the community in which we work and live.” Those words became the cornerstone of the brothers’ character. Whether on a job site, in college classrooms, serving their country, or working for other companies, they carried that principle with them. Wherever life took them, James’ legacy endured—not just in the business, but in the values his sons embodied. That principle became their compass as they prepared to lead the family business.
Built to Last
James didn’t just build a business—he built a legacy of leadership and integrity that still stands today.
