3rd Annual Ownership Celebration

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 3rd Annual Ownership Celebration! It was a wonderful evening to come together, reflect on our journey as a 100% employee-owned company, and celebrate the people who make Ghilotti Construction Company what it is. From honoring new owners and service award recipients to revealing this year’s share price, the night was a reminder of how much we’ve accomplished together and how strong our future is with each of you as owners.

Our New Owners

These individuals are entering their first year of eligibility for the ESOP. These are employees who have completed their eligibility period of 12 months in which they’ve worked at least 1,000 hours. This marks the beginning of their journey as employee owners, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome them into this incredible Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
