Cal/OSHA adopts Heat Illness
Prevention Emergency Regulation
On August 12, 2005, Cal/OSHA adoped an emergency regulation
that establishes guidelines for Heat Illness Prevention. The
regulation establishes controls for Heat Illness exposure and
applies to all outdoor places of employment. The following documents
